Default VHT paint

As I would love to ceramic coat my exhaust, I really don't want to spend the money. Anyone have thoughts on doing it with VHT paint?

If I were you, I would talk to DK Industries in Marshall TX.
http://www.dkindustries.com/
I drove all the way from central Arkansas because they were so much cheaper and they did a wonderful job!
Call him on the phone and he'll give you a price.
I had him do my roll bar, quick jacks, headers and sidepipes in ceramic, all for cheaper than I could do just my roll bar locally!

VHT is what I used, I like it as it is what they did in 60's.
Benefits:
It is re-coatable powder coat is not so easy to spot repair
Can easily change color black to white to black as much as desired
Cost ~$15
Drawbacks:
Expect two seasons, can recoat while on car with a bit of taping off.
Cost ~ $350

My vote VHT all the way.

That's what I like, if it's cheap and it works.

I think the VHT I just resquirted on a CCX had been on there 20K miles 25+ years. I believe for the money it's fine. The black is kind of reddish but gets more black as it cures.
