Spring Meet - San Marcos

Hi Guys:

I have not seen much about the Texas San Marcos meet yet (other than the 2011 survey and the expected dates). It seems like I had already made room reservations by this time last year.

Or possibly I am just looking forward to it so much, my memory is playing tricks on me.

Ditto Jerry, it would be good to at least get the hotel firmed up so we could get reservations done while the rest of the information evolves.

Memory sometimes fades with age. Driving a Cobra is possibly the best cure for that because it is the one vehicle out there that can compete with the speed of time. I wonder if that only works driving west...hmmmm.

Austin CC usually make the announcement around the first of February.

We met just yesterday for another planning meeting. The hotel contract is in place but we do not have a meeting code yet for you to get the reduced rate. The dates will be March 24-27. I promise you will have all of the info you need as soon as possible.

Also we have our own thread listed under the EVENTS section at the top of the forum page.

Came across this over in the Oklahoma thread. I assume you guys plan to post this soon? See the hotel is $ 139.00 a night. Does this include the free happy hour and breakfest like last year?
