Great news it fell apart as it looked like it was heading that way. Sure turned cold and rainy up in Dallas today (Sunday) so hope all the drove from here made it back fine......

Left San Marcos around 7:00 Am, the further north we came the colder it got! Fortunatelly a "little voice" said be prepared so it wasn't too bad. Sprinkles in Dallas--the wipers actually work! Great weekend with a really fun cruise Saturday led by Court. I've always carried a spare fuel filter, now I know why. See you all in April.

Great 2011 event
Hi all
Had a great time at this years event. Hot!? Good thing you are not a tennis player Gary. The river cruise was one of the best and the banquet and food were excellent. Hats off to all of the Austin bunch on a terrific job scheduling the event. Already looking forward to next year.

That was an excellent cruise! Too bad we couldn't do more out there, we missed some great roads. I managed to put a little over 950 miles on the cobra this weekend. The Austin guys did another great job, thanks.

What a great weekend. Lots of cars, lots of new friends and lots of carburetor troubles (excluding me) due to high ethanol content in the local gas. We burned up the road to Luckenbach two days in a row and did all we could to increase our carbon footprint. Many thanks to the Austin crew for a great organizing job, cheers to John Shelton for all his hard work bringing sponsors and another great track day, and muchos gracias to James Yale for supplying a friendly "hangover-inducing" environment in the party trailer.

This was my fifth event and the best of all; thanks to all of the Austin crew for their hard work and proving a classy and top notch event. Thanks to John Shelton for providing an excellent track experience and hoping it will become a permanent part of this activity. God bless all our Cobras, their owners and families and our wounded warriors.

Great time
Diane and I had a blast. Thanks to everyone in the Austin group for putting on a stellar event. Congratulations to John Shelton for being named TCC Pres for '11, he really worked hard on organizing Track Day and all the sponsors.
Think I'm buying some stock in Tito's after all that was consumed this past week. Thanks to James for supplying the Oasis and Jessie for the Tito's. Until next year, be safe, carry carb rebuild kits, write your senators and congressmen> tell them to NOT ALLOW E-15 to hit the market.

I had a great time this year! What a great turn out. THANK YOU so much Austin group for the excellent organization of the event.
I hope everyone enjoys their new HID lights! I enjoyed every minute installing them in the cars. It was really fun to get to know each and every one of you. It was my pleasure.
Next year will be even bigger and better. And I'm bringing some race fuel to mix with my gas... No more ethanol problems for me...
Bests, James
