Hi Jon:
How about the Original Pancake House in Grapevine? It is on William D. Tate across from Classic Chevrolet. How about nice and early to beat the heat and let folks head out on cruises.

Jerry, your suggestion meets the parameters - breakfast and west. If enough other members concur, please give them a call and warn them I'd estimate our typical headcount at arouind 24 to 30.
I suggest arrive to meet and greet at 8:30 am, go inside to eat at 9:00 am. Plenty of daytime left for a cruise if some want to do that.

Golf in the AM then I'm heading North to find some "stinkin bikers" of which I was proud to be one for years, to run the hills with.
Forest Lane Saturday night does sound interesting. Janice said it will bring back some fond memories--anyone going?

Hi Gang:
The Original Pancake House in Grapevine is at 1505 William D Tate Ave · Grapevine, Texas. Phone number is (817) 421-3444.
The basic route from the east is to go west on Hwy 114 until you pass DFW. Exit William D. Tate in Grapevine and turn left (south). Continue over the highway overpass and the restaurant will be on your left (east side of street).
In the interest of full disclosure, there is a lot of construction out this way, but I have not driven anywhere in Dallas or Ft. Worth that does not have a lot of construction lately.

Hi Gang:
I called the Original Pancake House and they were very helpful. They will try to reserve space out front for us to park (if I can drop off some cones) and they will try to hold a room inside for us.
Saturday morning is a very busy time for them so I am impressed they want to help us.

One parking place, two-seats.
Thinking about a half-stack, two eggs over-easy, four sausage links, and a coffee. See you at 8:30.

too many distractions
Wow, you talk about a brain @#&!. I lost complete track of time the first. week in June. Graduation - my oldest is now off to College (pre-law and to play College Basketball), in-laws in town for the cermonies, new work assignment, trying to repair the hood hinge on the cobra (still not done), and the June meeting got away from me...
Sounds like you guys had a great time and I missed the cruise again. Will see you on July 2nd. Here's to a great plan...
