For those of us not going to San Marcos.. Would anyone like to meet for Brunch... I was thinking Jake;s on Beltline.. but am open

I was planning to attend.... but, could I make an altenrnate suggestion: Quaker Steak & Lube. there are 2 locations now. the new one in Plano is at 5584 Texas 121, Plano, TX 75024 (east of Parkwood, I believe) the old one in Carrollton (121 and Hebron).....
the food is excellent.
