Hi Gang:
The address and phone number for Flip's is shown below:
415 West State Hwy 114, Grapevine, TX 76051, 817.251.9800
It is on the south side of Highway 114 a couple of miles west of DFW airport. Use the Main Street exit in Grapevine. Turn south on Main Street and cross over Hwy 114. Flip's is the western most restaurant in a "restaurant row" bordered on the east end by a Joe's Crab Shack. When you see the Joe's Crabshack turn into the parking lot and drive west down the row of restaurants until you see Flip's.

I'm headed down 121 through Frisco about 10 am. I could rendezvous with anyone at Quaker Steak and Lube (121 at Parkwood). But y'all may not want to be seen with the C7 
I imagine there are several folks heading out of Cars and Coffee around that same time.

Good to see yall. Good time and a surprise with the good food - I had the
Carnivore$10.50 Burger
Marinated sliced ribeye, double the American cheese and sauteed onions. No veggies on this guy!
I'm still full... 
I know more in two weeks if the next meet is at my work place in Richardson for the fall Cobra Car Check. We get the cars on the lift and check the cars out (need 3 wrenchers). Checking for lose bolts, connectors and lines. (No oil changes or maintenance work). Have a good time and maybe a cookout.
I keep you guys posted...
