I had to have an appraised for my loan anyway and State Farm wanted to have their guy review it for $60K...he just looked and said...cool got to get a couple of pics...427? ok worth $60

It is expensive for me but worth every penny of it.

Like I said its probably $1000/year but 100/300/100, 500 deduct
