Rented out my house... at last! I hate dealing with the lawn! (second only to sanding). Also wasn't using the whole house. Intention is to get an apartment now and a small warehouse/office later. BUT... while I'm free, I'm going to dump everything in storage and head off on a "vacation" for a month or so. I have tons of docs/paperwork/accounting stuff to catch up on, so I might as well do it from my cousin's place in North Carolina, then visit some friends in Chicago, New York and possibly Miami again.

I'd love to take that hoist off your hands, I just don't have the $$$. I need to do an engine rebuild, and it would come on handy.
