It sounds like a beautiful Hill Country run and the timing sounds spot on! I think this is a winner, and now we just need a block of about 100 rooms to show up with our normal incredibly low TCC rate so we can get then booked!!!
Oh Boy, Oh Boy, Oh Boy, I can FEEL it, and I don't mean my stitches, I mean TCC 2003!!!
