S.A. wins least cobra contest!

I bet S.A. can win the "Fewest cars per capita" award. There will probably be two of us at the event and we both live within a mile of one another. Blakes coming but he's in welfare, not S.A. so i can't count him!

Lets see, 2 cobras and a population of 1,144,646 , yep, we win!
