Gordon, Ken pretty much summed up the differences in the two cities. Pt Arthur used to be a big labor union stronghold, but no more, times have changed. Personally, I hate heavy traffic so Pt Arthur area would be preferable. But I do travel every month to Houston for the Cobra club meetings.
