Since the other thread was already 4 pages long, with 7-8 different topics, I thought I'd post a 'fresh' one.
BTW---Talked with Robert @ Hi-PerRods, and it looks like he's going to trailer down one of the Backdraft Racing Demo Turn-Key Minus cars for all of us to druel over. If you're interested in a new cobra...come on out give it a look see..
Directions to Joe Garlands:
O.K. Folks! Let's set the meeting for March 22nd. Try to arrive around 10:00. If the weather is good, I'll have a cruise planned. We can have barbeque for lunch in Elgin or we can take a run to Roundtop, Texas and catch lunch there at Royer's Round Top Cafe.
DIRECTIONS: Take 290 East out of Austin. When you get to Elgin, approx. 20 miles from Austin, you will see an HEB grocery on your right. Go to the second entrance and make a right. Go along the side of HEB, veer left over the railroad tracks and you will dead end at Central Ave. Turn right. Go approx. 1/8 mile and take a right into the first concrete driveway. Go past the guest house on your left and come up to main house.
Wives and girlfriends are welcome. If you can reply on this thread as to whether you can attend and the number in your group it will help me with the arrangements. See you soon!
