Default Need a spinner for 15" Compomotive wheels

Got home from a ride last weekend and relaized that somewhere along the way I had lost one of my spinners to my Compomotive wheels. Does anybody have an extra or know where besides Motorsport Specialties I might locate one? Motorsports Specialities has been very nice, but they are not sure how long it might take to get just one spinner.

Any help is much appreciated.....

I'm actually going to safety-wire mine...not "to look original" but because one fell off of mine about 3 weeks ago in my neighborhood.

good thing I found it..

I see them at www.cobracountry.com but they seem to come as a set. It would be worth calling them to see who actually makes them.

Chip,

you might try Lone Star. I bought my wheels from them and they used to keep a good number in stock. They Probably have what you need.

I dont know if they will break up a set but it doesnt hurt to ask.

I lost one two years ago and I ordered one directly from "Compomotive" (HB replica)
http://www.comp.co.uk/products/modular.htm#
The spinner alone was not shown on their site but I wrote them, sent them a picture of what I wanted and they sent me the part.

Default US Site

I orereed a replacement from the US reps for compmotive
@ http://www.usacomp.com/. They were very helpful.
They did not match the Lonestar spinners that I have as they have a solid center and my spinneres are a two piece unit. Returns were not a problem either. I should probably get a spare from Lonestar, or check them more often.

I have a set i will sell. 3 are in good condition and 1 has some minor road rash from falling off once. These are the original style from compomotive where the set screws are on the side not the front.

I will be willing to split up if randy (double r) wants a spare too.

Let me know if I can help.

John: They sound like the correct ones. Mine are dished out on the wings If they are the ones I would take at least two. They appear to be the HB ones.
Can you send photo.
What do you want for them.
Send me an e-mail

Thanks Tim

I contacted Compomotive and their new spinners are $65 each but are on backorder. I am thinking $25 each would be fair for mine, let me know what you think. I also have extra set screws if you need some just let me know how many. Attached is a pic, if it does not show up look in my gallery.

Thanks Tim

Default Mine are different

I can not use these as spares. I (currently) have four that were custom made by Lone Star. They are a threaded center piece that goes into the wheel and the spinner screws on like a 'real' knockoff.

Hey Tim,

I will sell only two if thats what you want($50). If you want all 4 thats even better for me. looking at them again 2 have road rash and 2 jUst need to be cleaned up (been sitting in a corner of my shop for 1.5 years). So if your are willing to take all 4 you can have them for $80 because 2 will need extra polishing.

Let me know and I will get them out to you. I sent you a PM with my contact info.
