Default TCC-May 10th-Crawfish Boil -Pics added!

Everyone is invited to the 2nd Annual Crawfish Boil.

This event will be held at my house(Boerne, Tx) on Saturday May 10th, 2003 from 10:00am until ???.

We have plenty of cobra parking (3.5 acres), and I have room to store 5 of them indoors overnight.

Events include:

1) Crawfish Boil
2) BBQ and other food available for non-bug eaters
3) Cold Drinks (beer, cokes, water)
4) Margarita Machine will be going

5) Live Music by Louisiana's own Dash Rip Rock. Rolling Stone magazine proclaimed them "the best bar band in America". They will be performing that afternoon at the house.

I will post hotel information soon. There is a new Holiday Inn Express in Boerne as well as numerous Bed & Breakfasts around the area.

I know that the next day(11th) is mothers day, however, for those of you that want to stick around, we will be having a cruise to fredricksburg for lunch that day.

I have plenty of parking for trailers as well.

Hope to see you all there!!

Blake

I'll try to drive over if I get all my repairs and upgrades done. I have to stop driving the darn thing long enough to get it on jack stands.

I am there!!! As we get closer, tell us what we can bring.

This has the makings of an EPIC event for TCC.

Warning though, I can put away the bugs if given plenty of time and beer!!!

Thanks Blake, this is quite an invitation.

Let me know if you need ANYTHING. As I mentioned this weekend, we've got equipment to boil and soak 800 lbs an hour and we stock seasoning by the pallet.

Sorry...

address:

106 Pecan Parkway
Boerne, Tx 78006

from Boerne - Take I-10 West. Take the Welfare HWY 289
go through "nelson city" and veer right @ the fork onto Waring-Welfare road. Go about 3-4 miles. You will see an entrance on your right to Southern Oaks. Turn right into Southern Oaks and go until it dead ends. Make a left, and we are the only house on the left. You won't be able to miss it.

If you are coming from austin, and want to take some sweet backroads, I will post directions from Austin, that'll take you through the hill country, if interested.

Doesn't look like I will be able to make it next weekend. Where can I send a check for a shirt?
