Default Ren Man's Cobra: SOLD!

Please welcome the proud new owners of my former car, "Mike and Robin Bell" of Conroe, TX. Extremely nice folks who will get a lot of enjoyment as I know that I did. Seems that it's Robins car so let's see if we can get her a TCC "Handle" like "Ren Man", "Snakecharmer"....Same for Mike.

Brent, thank you so much for helping post my car. Please remove it's pic from your server on the homepage for the next person in need.

By the way, Mike was initiated upon exiting the car from his test drive with a very nice...but stylish....SNAKEBITE!!!! from the sidepipe.

Wecome to the club kids !!!!!!

Best Regards, and happy and safe driving.

Your friend..........and mine:
Dave "Ren Man"

Congratulations to Robin, Mike and Dave. A match made in Heaven, well at least in Texas, and that’s close enough. A boost to the ol’ pocket book for Dave and perpetual smiles for the Bells, can’t beat that deal.

Mike and Robin I hope to meet you both soon and see the car. The next meeting for the Houston folks is just around the bend. See you there.

Dave, gotta crank up that kitchen and make another Cobra.

Gotta love it.

I'm using an old laptop on dail up (UGH!) because our DSL is down this weekend but I wanted to post a big thanks to Dave "RenMan" for a great buying experience. Robyn and I couldn't be more pleased with the car and the overall purchase.

As many of you know it is a great car and we were a bit sad to be part of Dave's sale as we could tell how much he cared about the car and how much of his heart and soul went into building and enjoying it. All I can say is that we already are very fond of it and it is so special that my Corvette is sitting out in the rain while the Cobra got a nice warm and dry spot in the garage!

The rains in Houston are keeping us from having a Labor Day drive but we did get to take it out last night for a few short drives and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I can honestly say that no car I've owned up to this point has given me such a great driving feeling. Kudos to Dave for building such a fine car.

We'll be in touch with all of you soon, plan to be at the September Houston meeting if the weather cooperates. And yes, I promptly met the hot side pipe right after being warned by Dave, something my wife is still teasing me about!

Mike
