Seriously there Dan, you can build your self a nice Cobra (Unique) for that amount of money. The higher quality the car (Unique), the more you have to be involved in the build process of your car (Unique) in order to stay in your budget. For amount of money you want to spend you have a number of cars (Unique) to choose from. Don't expect to hire it out or get all the bells and whistles but you will be able to build a nice car (Unique) for that amount of money. It will be tight. But it can be done. Odds are though, if you build one (Unique) you will go over budget.
