Think of it like a magazine....
The advertisers (your list) pay to advertise, and readers( my list) pay to read.
If you don't want to pay to read, that is OK too. They are always available at the library or a friend may pay for his and let you borrow it
Best of both worlds. You get the same use and you didn't have to pay!
What is it about the advertisers that you have a question on?
The fact that Brent might actually be making money between the advertising revenue and the donations?
Shame of it all!!
By the time he pays for the servers and the hosting and all the other crap most of us don't know enough about, I suppose he may be averaging somewhere around .17 cents an hour...
Please understand the distinction...
Yes This is probably a for profit operation. Unfortunately he is not about to give up his day time job yet.
So we donate to supplement the income he derives from the advertisers above..
