Hey Boxhead,
I looked at the three links you posted above, but would you mind letting us here in Texas know what color Bernie's car is?? Is it the black/red stripes, or the one that uses the same paint scheme as my car? We don't get a chance to see Bernie here in Texas very much, and I would like to put a face/car with his name, so if you could let us know which one he is it would be helpful.
Thanks,
John Russell

ps. you did mean to make this post in the Texas Cobra Club, instead of the Australia Cobra Club, didn't you

JR, i think Bernies car is the Guardsman Blue Cobra, I remember him saying a while back "Sorry for stealing your paint scheme" or something like that, looks good

Hi, John!
Bernie's car looks like my car (and pretty much yours, too)
it's guardsman blue with white stripe...
Kristen
oh, hi, Mike, your post wasn't there when i typed... yes, he "stole" the scheme from me!! (and about 10,000 other cobras...!!! )
kb
and, to be perfectly honest, he stole it from Gary, because I got the car from him-- already done!

Sorry guys, i thought I was posting this in the Arizona site, but it appears afew of you know Bernie aswell.
His car is the blue and white one with him sitting behind the wheel, although you guys may think he is sitting in the passengers seat.

Hey, it's kind of neat actually!
Boxhead,
Actually it's kind of neat, flattering actually! We consider Bernie part of our group, and a part of the reason is he posts here with some regularity and we feel we have gotten to know him. You are truly lucky, because you live in fairly close proximity to him and can actually shake his hand and post his picture, so I for one am glad you made the post here! And now we know.
Maybe we can get him to come over the pond for a visit sometime, and even bring a few of his mates??
Now, that would be cool!!!
John Russell
ps. LwCwb, thanks, I had forgotten about the colorscheme post, but you jogged my memory. I appreciate it.
