Donation Box!
I will get a lock box or something for the registration table. We can ask for the security money and a donation for the TCC website.

$20 sounds like a nice number.

Security Established
Just finished talking with the Marriott Hotel management about the security for our Spring Meet. We will have security in place from 11:00pm to 7:00am on the evenings of Thursday (3/17), Friday (3/18), and Saturday (3/19) at a cost of $300 per night.
We will have a collection box available in the hotel lobby at our registration table. As previous members have stated, $15 per Cobra is not a bad deal for a little piece of mind for three evenings. Also an additional $5 would help pay those additional expenses occured to maintain our TCC web site, printing costs, etc..

Although i may not have a vehicle in the parking lot, I will be more than happy to donate for security and misc. expenses. With Round Rock security, we have a fighting chance that the cars will be left alone. I foresee the TCC spring meet becoming one of the biggest car events in Texas. You are a great bunch of guys and gals and I hope you can stay friendly and down to earth like you are for many moons to come. I look forward to seeing all your cars again. In Irish "Slainte" or as Flyin Freddie said "Gracias mis amigos". See you on the 17th.

Count me in, too. As much as we spend on our cars, travel, etc., I think $20 may be the bargain of the year. And, Thanks for setting everything up. You guys are the best, and we can't wait to come all the way from OKC to take part in this great event!
