Unhappy Hey Texas Driver Magazine

Just received my first subscription issue. Good magazine but very disappointed that a magazine of this quality is not mailed in a plastic sleeve or something. Mine looked like the dog had it for breakfast.

Sorry to hear that

I have wondered for some while what the heck the post man really does with this stuff, hell they probably read it first.

I will have some extras on me, if there is an event or something i will bring out some pristine copies.

or contact Glen@texasdrivermagazine.com he is the subscriptions guy and i think we can send you one...

BTW do you have any idea how much that Baggie costs? i do... and as we are very new and really are mostly self financed we just can't float that right now... Considering we are not part of a big publishing company there are a lot of things we would like to do but putting food on the table is a consideration right now...

I understand exactly what you are saying but think about the clientel you are targeting. This is a very high quality well done magazine and most gearheads keep all of these as part of the reference library etc. Anyone owning the type of cars in your publication usually demand nothing but the best. If I get a chance to pick up another copy I will and thank you for letting me do so. I just wanted you to be aware of what was happening. I wish you all the success in the world. I was on the first drive and really enjoyed it. It was a good mix of everything from 2 wheels to high end exotics with one common goal. Our love for the automobile.

Good luck my friend

Gary,
at least you got yours!
my mailman is a Shelby fan and I guess he kept mine! LOL
he would stop and say " i don't hear any noise coming from that garage" well the dam 302 sucks and the 427 isn't quite put together yet and even if he had delivered the mag, i wouldn't have had time to read it, but i could look at the pictures.
