We are set for Strokers, they will block off some parking spots facing Harry Hines, in front of the Ice House. They are very pleased to have us come there for our meeting. For some of you who actually may not know, this is where they film "Texas Hardtails".....if you like motorcycles, this is a very cool place.

Hi Folks,
I may or may not be there. I have an interesting tidbit for everybody that will go to Strokers. The Dallas county trash collection station is just north of the Strokers on Harry Hinds. They have a scale to weigh your vehicle. The dump is for Dallas county residence but if you drive on the scale, get out to show your license to the gate keeper it will be to late to turn you away and he/she will hand you a slip of paper with the weight of your car on it. I do not know what their hours are on Saturday. The scale is before you get to the nasty part of the dump where expensive tires would go and die.

Strokers was a little quiet, but a gracious host; thanks Jim for setting it up. I might have wished to have Strokers a little more lively, but who knows how that may have turned out.

It was good to see so many make it... and it was great to see my first coupe in person, and to see the Parkerpower Hurricane 1. Enjoyed talking to Chris and Stacey Nolan also.
