bummer, Randy.
Last time I was at Rob's (KCM-Plano) I picked up a card he had on the shelf. "collision Pro" 'full service auto body center' 'custom paint/body' 'refinishing/restorations'. Paul Burdick, 972-398-9934 1212 J Avenue Plano, TX 75074. www dot collisionproplano dot com

hope this helps!! Not 100% he is recommending, or if he is a neighbor at Rob's new shop. Give Rob a call to check it out. Also, Matt has someone he recommends, as well. See if Matt has the same guy or someone else.
good luck!
K
ps. are you going to colleen's party on Saturday?

Boy the bad thing with Cobras is there is no break line to stop the paint so you also need to find some one that can blend paint as well .I personally don't like to blend not that I cant but in a year or two a spot will appear where the blend was made ...I hope the guy paying does not freak out on what its going to cost to repair that .

A Cobra recently got bumped in the rear here in the Islands, cracked the trunk area, $2000 for repair. Like Mendez says: He had a front fender repair\paint a couple of years ago, GREAT blending at the time. But now you can see the fender is a slightly different color than the rest of the car. He's going to have the entire car repainted this time around.

Randy,

Stuarts is who Alan and I will use if the time comes to repaint or repair our cars. Alan used them to repair and repaint the damage to his almost-brand-new truck before we got the Cobra. We asked then about painting if we were to build a Cobra and would have if we'd have built the car instead of buying.

And they are the ones who did the hood when I wanted the underside to look as nice as the top since it spends half of it's life open.

Over on Plano just north of 635. They do a lot of high end and exotics.

Kristen's Collison Pro referral from Rob is indeed a recommendation. That's who painted their race car (which looks awesome). When I asked for a recommendation, that's who KCM sent me to.

Default Great Day for a Run across Dallas

What a fine afternoon for a little cobra drivin'. I went to Collision Pro. They were working on some cool stuff. Paul said my little repair would be easy. Now I just need to get a check from the guy who bumped it.
