If I'm not mistaken Pearland is near Houston...........the Houston group is very active.............they have monthly get togethers in and around Houston. I'm sure someone from Houston will see your post and they should send you a link to the yahoo.groups that they use for most of their posts and monthly meeting info. As Dee said, we've got a very active group here in Houston. We communicate through the following Yahoo Group. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Houstoncobraclub/ Sign up to keep posted on our activities. We always meets somewhere in the area on the second Saturday of the month. We also sprinkle in some "emergency" meetings from time to time. Whatever you do though, make sure you go to the Austin event. It is a blast. Check the Houston Yahoo Group for caravan info. There will be groups leaving Thursday, Friday, and a few unfortunate souls on Saturday. |

What Rick said. This group is a blast. With a common denominator "The Finest Muscle Car" ever built, it just can't get any better. We're really excited about our 3rd trip to the Spring Austin Meet. Diane and I will be there Thursday around lunch, leaving on Sunday.

We would like to attend and provide our photo services again this year. I sent a message to Dee through this thread a few weeks ago. Not sure if it worked. We would like to plan for this and think about what we can offer that's different than last time. Maybe discuss where the group shot is going to be.

There are many other things I'd like to plan for. Maybe a mega giant Texas Flag and need to schedule help. First thing is, I need to get conformation from someone that we can plan for this event and see if there are any plans for the group shot and possibly anything new happening. (hint hint) Also if I can make it to the next meeting. Someone talk to me. Help!!

We would like you to attend this year's meet and handle the photography chores as you have done in the past. Any ideas you have as to staging of the group photo would be appreciated. The location for the group photo is not finalized......we are going to try and find some sort of lift so that we can get some elevation..........anything else that you have in mind we can discuss and assist however needed.
