Obey the flags!

The driver was out of his car, I think. He is seen on the left of the frame with his arms in the air (send wrecker). There is no corner worker present in the corner station .. what's up with that? Maybe not fully staffed, but that much smoke, there should have been a red flag waving vigorously.

And the guy that proceeded to drive through the smoke ought to get a black flag with oak leaf cluster
