My trip to Austin is suddenly in jeopardy.
Last night, while taking a drive to confirm no leaks with the new valve cover gaskets, my left front tire blew, shooting me 2 lanes to the left and into a curb.
Luckily, the only damage is my wheel is pretty bent up. It's being repaired and should be done around Wednesday. Discount Tire is shipping a matching tire from Michigan but might not be here til Friday.
Argh.

I am going to trailer but wanted to get away about 9:00 going down the toll road to I-35. I will have a full set of tools, stands, jacks and a few spare parts for those that might be driving, my cell # is on Kristen’s list just I case.

FST Fox you and John going to trailer or drive?

Gary

When we did caravan's before guys you can usually meet up where 35 merges or if some of you get ahead of the others there is a FLYING J on the south side of Waco that we would meet up and and keep going from there.

We are leaving Friday morning so I guess we will see you at the Oasis...were going to go directly there.

Matt

FST Fox,

Would like to caravan with you and J Ross if that’s OK with you guys? I’m at Coit and Spring Creek Pkwy just let me know where and a time we can meet up.

All,

Please be careful with those big rigs among the crazies who frequent IH-35.

Best wishes, Miles and Chris; I hope you are able to get your machines back in shape before the fun starts.

Me... I will be riding the pine (again).

Gary,

I wll be a bit in front of you. I plan to leave IH35 #325 at 8:30 or 9.
Keep an eye on the ditches for me. Gray Suburban with a white trailer following....I hope closely.

Y'all have a safe trip!

See you when you get there.

What about me John???? Mines sitting in Plano dreaming of Keith Craft to wave his magic wand and fix the mystery noise. Yancey and I leave for NYC Wed morning, return Friday at 11:00, drive to Plano and hope to hook the trailer up and head south.

If not, I'll be all weekend long at home.

Steve,

I thought that T.I.T. job took care of all of your noises. Sorry to hear yours is still under the weather; last thing I wanted to do was leave out my main sponsor. Our T3550II-RR is all cleaned up and sleeping in the guest bed.

you can still go to Austin without the car. Plenty to do... plus there are usually a few open seats during the cruise

I'm also towing and going down on Thursday. The plan is to leave Forney around 10:00 and meet John Dean in Waco. I like Matt's idea of meeting at the Flying J - South of Waco. If anyone wants to join us come on and we'll have our on "CONVOY" in to Round Rock. I'll have my cell on and it's also on Kristens list.

10-4?

Looks Like we are going to be departing later in the day... have a quick trip out of town and have a few things still to finish on the car to ensure it does not blow up

Anyone that wants to meet later let me know... plan to depart around 1:30 on Thursday from Flower Mound
