Default Tulsa Friday Night Tailgater

Ok, the Tulsa bound attendees at the June meet wanted someone to kick off the sign-up list for the Texas Tailgater. So here we go!

Time: Whenever we get back from the track, probably light the grill around 5:30, start cooking around 6:00. Drinking may begin at any time
Place: Texas Corner, Marriott parking lot.

I will bring the 22" Weber Kettle Grill, as last year, with charcoal. We also need:

Bratwurst or similar
Hot Dogs/Buns
Condiments
Chips and Dips
Beans?
Potato Salad or similar favorite picnic salad?
Salsa
Fresh veggies and dip
Pickles and peppers?
Cookies, and other sweets
Paper plates, styro cups, and plastic knives and forks
Deep 12" aluminum baking pans (3) to serve meat from
Beverages, all types
One large or two smaller folding tables
Canopy or two

Please add anything you think I forgot. I am not taking cash for a grocery run, if someone else wants to be that person, please volunteer If you give me cash, I will use it for racing fuel at Hallett

Sam

I really tried to schedule being up there for work this week, but it did not pan out. I was trying to be able to come by during this week, but have to come home on Saturday, but it did not work out.

Glad to see some of you guys are coming to Tulsa. We'll be out there all weekend. Stop by the Bold Moves Mustang Club / Bob Hurley Ford Booth and say "hi".

Hopefully the rain will hold off! It's not looking good....
