Tom Meadows update
Tom underwent 5 hours of surgery today. He is doing well and his family was with him. It was his choice to keep this kind of quiet.
Everything seems well and your prayers are appreciated. I know that I have been for a long time. For those of you who knew thanks for the prayers...for those now reading this, thanks for the prayers.
If all goes well Tom will be released and going home in a few days.
The docs said if he wasn't such a big guy they could have done in four, Tom said he could do it in three with the right tools
He also asked every nurse and doctor if it was their first day on the job before he went in. GOTTA LOVE IT!!!!
Jay

EXCUSE ME FOR ASKING...WHAT IS/WAS TOM'S PROBLAMOS? HEART/BIG "C" , AN ERECTION LASTING MORE THAN 4 HOURS OR WHAT? Any fellow member as good a person as Tom, has got my prayers and well wishes what ever the reason. I really didn't know Tom is in trouble. God be with you!

Wow! Tom, Sherrie and I wish and pray for you to have the absolute speediest recovery. I really really hope you are ok. Tom, you're the best, so get out of that place quickly and no sticking around because you like all the nurses attention.

Tom
Joy called just as you had asked her to. I did appreciate the call and the update. I am glad everything turned out OK and as planned. Prayer does work.
Now keep your butt in bed for a few days and fully recover before getting up and doing any of your normal day to day stuff. As always let us know if you need anything.
You should have presented the doctor with a new prybar.

As you can see Tom looks none the worse for wear.
This was taken yesterday. For those that don't know, that is my son and myself on each side of him.
He had a big gathering of the local Harley Owners Group. He had a great time and you'd never know he had been through anything.
