Dan, I experience the same issue and just speed up or slow down to get past that undesirable range.

I do not have any issues with mine at any speed up to 130.

i have the same vibration between those exact same speeds. I had the car aligned but still had the vibes. In spring, Im going to get them balanced. But it sounds like that wont work either. So now, i keep it at 60 or 70

I don't experience that problem with my Hi-Tech. I have driven about 3,000 miles on these tires.
