Goodyear Billboards: 65mph vibration?

ok for ****s and giggles... my car had a vib also mind you it wasnt billboards, i had a road force balance done and it did cure the problem... i would say about 95% of it. NOW... having my car on stands for the winter months i was just checking over everything and and for the hell of it i spin the front wheel and notice a wobble in the rim....... im like what the hell, the rim is brand new with a brand new tire with less than 300 miles on it. but yet theres a wobble when looking at the rim as i spin it by hand, so try to spin your rims with the front end up on a jack or a stand, wont take more then 5 min per side, you never know.... it might be the same problem i have. im still looking into it on my car for when i look at the centre of the rim where the spinner goes on, there is also a wobble on it, so im guessing i have an issue with the rotor or the spinner adapter. also i didnt have this problem "vib" with my 15 inch rims and rubber but i have it now with the 17 inch rims. its got me guessing thats for sure.

The one issue I have is they do have a vibration when I'm driving between 62 and 67mph. I know several others have this same issue with Superformances and the Goodyear Billboards.

My question is this Goodyear Billboard vibration common on all makes (CXS, Backdraft, Factory five, ERA, etc..) or just the Superformances?

And Any recommendations on how to get rid of it? I have already had them road force balanced off and on the car.
