Uhh, Chas... clearly shiny wheels are more hazardous than dull wheels because the glint from the shine has the potential to blind other drivers. Kind of like RodKnock's entire car.

I think he meant aluminum is safer than magnesium and clearly my car is not a hazard parked in my garage with a car cover on it for 360 days a year.

And furthermore, the drivers out there that choose to not use their turn signals when they change lanes, or the drivers who can't seem to get the F off the phone or stop texting while driving, are a far worse hazard than my shiny aluminum Cobra driven occasionally on weekends. So there.

OK Jeff,

You mean 1965 mags are less safe than ally or my 1992 mags? So far, (with not letting them oxidize) mine are showing no signs of un-safeness.
