Default ERA 6 pin/15" Rims & MT-S/R's

Has any one tried the Micky Thompson Sportsman S/R radials - 28X10.00R15LT/Front & 28X12.00R15LT/Rear; on the 427 ERA's? OK? or Problems?

My rims are 7.5X15/F & 9.5X15/R. I know the standard tire size for the MT-S/R's seems to be; 26X10.00R15LT Front, and 26X12.00R15LT Rear. With a overall dia. increase of 0.95" in hight (in the well) with the 28's over the 26's; and with the same section/tread widths on the 28.0's & 26.1's. I was in hope's of filling the wheel well's up/out a bit more. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Default

28" is too large. They will rub in both the front and rear.

Default Mickey's SRs

I use one size down on both front and rear of my Kirkham. Great touring tires and "H" rated.
