Default Another Tire Question

Has anyone tried the Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro tires on their Cobra? The tread pattern looks similar to the Goodyear Billboard tire tread and is a soft compound but they are supposed to be a wrinkle wall drag tire. They are DOT rated for the street but I was wondering how they perform in turns? They are still bias ply tires like the Billboards so I suppose they have the drawbacks of flat spotting and hunting like the Billboards. I know the MT Sportsman S/R and Avons will work but saw these and thought I would ask if anyone has any actual experience with these tires on their Cobra? Thanks.

Keith

Which one would be recommended?
  • MT Sportsman Pro (design like Goodyear BB’s BUT with DOT)
  • MT Sportsman S/T

How do they act/react on wet streets?
