Front wheels and tires for my street beast
Hi, new member here and posting my first thread. I bought a street beast cobra and I believe the year is a 2000. The person I purchased it from changed the wheels from 15 to 17 inch. We'll the 17s are much too big for the front. The tire sticks out beyond the fender by 2 inches, thus causing a lot of sand blasting on the rear quarters. The frame is a mustang 2 with disc brakes on front. The model is a 427. My question is does any one know the size wheel that belongs on the front be it 15 pr 17 inch. We beefed up the suspension in the front and made adjustments in the fender wells to accommodate the 17s. I guess it has a lot to do with backspace. Just seeing if anyone owns one of these and knows the right size. Thanks in advance |
