Default rotating front and rear tires

For those of us with directional tires, do any of you rotate(dismount/mount) your front and rear tires? I'm hoping I'm making myself clear. I have M/T S/R tires with 4k. Cliff

Most people with these cars see their tires deteriorate from age before they wear them out.
And, due to the different sizes from front to rear, never rotate them.

Yes, it's the only way to help even the wear. Outside of LHF becomes the inside of RHF etc.
