Wheel identification

Hi all. David here. I'm a brand spanking new member and owner of a EM 460 Cobra.
Can anyone help me confirm the wheel I have that needs either repair or replacement?
I'm pretty sure it's a three piece Compomotive 16" Halibrand copy (NLA?).
Previous owner said his wheel balance guy verified a wonky wheel when trying to balance it and that would explain the shimmy at 60 mph. I've yet to get it on a balancer to examine for myself but I'm fairly confident I'll find the same. I have a guy across the country that can make a possible repair but frankly I'd rather replace it with new if it's possible.
So, is it a nla Compomotive?
