Tremec Shifter Adjustments ?
I need advise on this topic.
I have a TKO that now has 1k on it. I am using GM Synchromesh Fluid. The trans still shifts very notchey. I was hoping that after break in that it would loosen up!
My shifter is located at the mid location, so I am limited to the shifter manufacturer I can use. Is there any adjustments to this shifter that I can do to help my situation? This is my first Tremec, but it seems to me that the shifter is just a simple lever assembly.
I have done a search on changing fluids to something else, Red MTL or D4ATF, etc. I will try a change there also.
