Default Repost! Transmission size comparison

I am looking to see if anyone can help me with a case size comparison between a C6 and a Toploader and a Tremec and a T-5. I am interested more in the case width than the length.

If you replied to this same thing sometime between 15/Sep/04 and 7/Oct/04, please repost what you did if you remember what you posted.

Thank you.

John

John:

I can only give you info for the Tremec TKO 500 or 600 (5-speed). It measures approx 9 1/2 inch (width) and 5 inch (height) from the center of input shaft to the top of the tranny. Weight of the TKO around 100 lbs

For other measures on the TKO go to this link:

Hope it helps
