Default Transmission Id Problem

hi all,new guy here,grandfather has passed and iam trying to run some part numbers on stuff left in the shed. i have a manual with a 302 housing i know that much anyway here are the numbers and hope some one can help!! on the body is a number of D2AR UNDER THAT IS 7006 NEXT TO THE BOTH BIGGER IS THE LETTERS AB I CANNOT FIND A NUMBER ON THE BELL HOUSING AS OF YET JUST N1 BY THE STARTER MOUNT TAIL HOUSING HAS A NUMBER OF C4DR-7A040-B.. NUMBER ON THE BEARING RETAINER IS C5AR 750 AND THEN LOOKS TO BE A B OR A NUMBER 8? LAST BUT NOT LEAST THERE IS A TAG ON THE BODY OF RAN CA1 THEN UNDER THE RAN IS CA 028646
CAN ANYONE HELP?? WHAT IS THIS? I KNOW MY GRANDFATHER RAN AROUND RACERS IN THE 60'S TO THE 70'S BUT YOU KNOW OLD TIMERS AND THERE STORYS..THANKS ALL IN ADVANCE!

Try looking at this site in the "IDs" section and see if you can find your trans. If not you may want to give them a call.
