Snake,

It was a year or so ago and I can't remember exactly how it went together. If memory serves me correctly, it was a no-brainer - pretty much replacing the stock fork and bolting the slave cylinder to the bracket. Then bolting the bracket to the bellhousing.

Sorry I can't be more help. I have a tendency to remember the problem installations longer than the easier ones.
