TKO 600 shifter location question

Worse case, you may have to engineer an extention like I did. No big deal, but I had to move the pivot point forward about 4 inches.

Thanks Rick and Tru. I don't want to hijack 767's thread .. I'll see how the leather boot works. The hole was centered, but the accordian bunches up and acts as a spring. When you let off the throttle, boing! I moved the hole 1/2" and all it did was shift the spring around to the other side of the hole

If that fails, then I'll follow up on the mechanical ideas. And there's an earlier thread about going for a similar boot from an Alpine Tiger.
