Pottstown Cruise Saturday May 7th 2011

Take a walk down memory lane as the Pottstown Classics Car Club will hold its first of five Nostalgia Nights Car Shows this year Saturday on High Street from 5 to 9 p.m.

The show's theme is "Help Us Salute Our Veterans."

The event will include hundreds of hot cars, fun, food, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, T-shirts, music and games. Rainbow the Clown will be on hand for children, and WPAZ will be broadcasting from the show.

Spectators are welcome to come and enjoy an evening full of fun. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. The show car admission fee is $10.

The Pottstown Classics Car Club is a nonprofit organization donating back to our community.

Other show dates are June 4, July 2, Aug. 6 and Sept. 3.

Sounds like a great time. Any buzz about the Cobra Revolution at Washingtons Crossing next month?

I do not believe anyone picked up the ball after last year, so at this point, it's not happening to the best of my knowledge.
