I just titled my 2005 midstates as a 2005 because of a warning by my insurance agent. His feeling was I might never have a problem,however, if there was a massive claim, an investigator would spot the car as a kit and claim I fraudlently insured my car as a 65' and say they insured a 65' not the car invloved in this accident. At that point they could walk from the claim.
This was scarry. My insurance was about the same with Haggarty as with Taylor. My only additional expense was Ct. property tax. Maine has just shut down these title companies,
and Calif. is closing in.
I also realize this is an open forum and hope not to offend anyone, I'm not a lawyer. I suggest you ask one for advise.
