3M Scotchgard Paint Protection Film

Hello,

I just had the 3M scotchguard paint protection film installed on the rear fenders of my Cobra yesterday. I am very happy with the result.

The guy who did the install is Bill Rouchford. He is out of Burlington, NJ but does travel around Central and South Jersey (he came to my house to do the install). If you are interested, give him a ring. His number is 609-647-6065.

He definately knows what he is doing (has been using the product for 5 years) and his prices are reasonable.

I did not know him, but found his name on the 3M web site. I would definately recommend to anyone who is looking to have the material put on their car.

Good to hear you found someone. We went through all the numbers on the 3M site in the region, finally someone showed up and agreed to do it.

Did he cut on the car?

I was going to send you a note, but you got to my post first.

Yes he cuts on the car. I watched him do the install. I think I now better understand why others seem reluctant to return calls and get involved attempting to install it - it has to be stretched real tight as it is put on (if you have any prayer of getting it to lay flat). He said if he had not been installing for several years he would not attempt to do the rear fenders on a Cobra (it's a tough curve).

I am happy with the outcome and the price he charged.
