Cobra Revolution VI registration now open!!
It's that time of year again! The snow is gone, the salt is washing off the roads, the days are getting longer, and sooner or later they'll start getting warmer.
The MidAtlantic Cobra club is proud to present our 6th annual Cobra Revolution!!!
The date is Saturday June 7th. The rain date, as if we'd ever need it.... , is Sunday June 8th.
This year we are trying something a little different for lunch. We're likely going to bring in pizzas instead of having the BBQ caterer we have had in years past. We were thrilled with the caterer, but we have always had to promise him 100 people and the cost got expensive. Trying what we are this year allows us to lower the registration price to just $5 per person, as compared to $15 per person in the last 4 years. I say we'll "likely" do pizza, because if we raise a lot of money ahead of time, we may have the option to do Subway type sandwiches, or if all the stars align, hire the caterer again. But we wanted to try lowering the price, so it's only $10 for a fully loaded Cobra, as opposed to $30. Give us your feedback on if you like the idea or not.
So without further delay, here is the registration form.

Aw, hell, Jim - just come on down. Steve doesn't stand on formality, and he'll gladly take your $$ when you show up . Besides, it just wouldn't be the same without that beast of you'rn.
Since the old Midatlantic site crashed, all data got wiped out. All you pro'bly need to do is re-register and the electronic nazi will let you into all points.

Jim,
I really don't know. Let me poke around the website. I haven't banned anyone...yet... but Roger keeps trying. I'll try to shoot you an e-mail copy of it. Can you not get onto the site at all?

Where will it be held, and what kind of agenda is there (start time etc...)?

Hit the link above, amigo. It's held at the Washington's Crossing State Park, in PA. Jus across the river. Throw a silver dollar and it'll land in the park .

Thanks for the info. I was finally able to access and download it. Hopefully I will be able to make it. I'm looking forward to seeing you again, and this time I will have my Cobra with me

Yes, meeting in Mo-town or somewhere even further south along 206 on the way down works.
I still need to register!

Just a quick update for everyone....
So far, we're up to about 33 cars pre-registered. So we haven't quite hit the magic 50 number yet, but I will say that we're a good 30% ahead of previous years. Usually, we have about 25 cars pre-register and another 15-20 that show up the day of the event. So I think it's looking very promising to have our largest turn out ever. In addition to the Cobras, we've got a few Daytona coupes coming, and a handful of Shelby Mustangs coming.
The forcast is calling for bright sunshine!!! Finally!! But they are saying it's going to be hot. We will have plenty of cold water and soda at the ready for everyone. And the cruise route ends at a local ice cream shop. Don't forget your shades.
Really looking forward to seeing everyone there!
Steve

klayfish, any problems if a non-cobra owner attends? Is it okay to take pictures? I'm presently doing a bit of research on which mfr I want to go with, and several have recommended that I check out your meet.
Thanks for any guidance you can offer.

Ray,
While I'm not Steve (nor do I play him on TV), I can tell you that all are welcome.......Also, I'll let you in on a little secret, Steve does not own a Cobra right now...Having sold it first for a Viper, then for a supercharged Mustang, and now a late model Corvette Who knows, I might get him to buy a Miata next
