Any info on registering in NJ under "Collector Status" with a letter of limited production from the manufacturer?

(Anyone have a sample "Letter of Limited Production" ??)

Are you sure you need this? Did someone tell you this over the phone, or did you get it in the official package from the NJ MVS?
