Default Leaner top end for my 48IDA Webers

I run the following setup on my 347 Ford stroker:

Idle jets 55
Idle jet holder 60
Air corrector jet 210
Emulsion tube F5
Main jet 150

This setup runs quite well - no sneezing, good torque. However, at top end (4000 - 6000 rpm) it runs extremly rich.

I want to have a leaner top end. What do the Weber specialists recommend ?

Thanks a lot for your support.

Walter

Go down 2-3 sizes on your air correcter jets and re-check, may need to go even smaller.

Alan,

Are you sure? With a Solex carb, you use a larger air correction jet to lean out the upper end. This page corroborates the effect with Webers.

You are correct, I meant to go with a larger number air corrector to lean mixture at top end.
