Update: 3rd transition hole drilled
After a couple of weeks of forced downtime due to work, I found some time to add the 3rd transition holes to my IDAs.
Up to now I had a huge flat spot (lean) when accelerating slowly from 2000-toward 3000. The rest was pig rich.
With no other changes it is vastly improved, the flat spot is gone and the throttle response just amazing.
Next steps will be leaning both the idle and the main.
How many jet sizes should I reduce to go from an AF of 11 to 13 ? Is there a table somewhere ?
On the idle what is the difference between enlargring the air vs reducing the jet size ?
Any Ideas ?
