Thumbs up Looking Good!

Hi Folks,

I think we have figured out the car number issue. All cars will be required to have a number, at least on each door. We have a few options:

1. Some of you already have meatballs & numbers. Those will be fine but I would like to know what numbers you guys are using.

2. Bob at Operations Plus will make us a special group deal on some nice white meatballs and black numbers if we can get a big enough quantity. These are the “static cling” type which are easy to put on and take off, they don’t peel off at speed, and look great. We are going to have several photographers at the track and everyone’s car will get photographed. If you want to be looking good, let me know. I am trying to get an order together for Bob while we have time. I will find out about the price and let you know. It will be very reasonable.

3. Use a low stick masking tape to make the numbers on your car.

As far as assigning numbers, we will basically pick numbers from a hat based on how many drivers register and who already has a numbered car. So, let me know.

Talk soon, John

John,
I ordered my meatballs the other day. I have #38.
Also you mentioned the water wetter. I did some checking on that stuff and it was interesting how it works. I also email them about replaceing my coolant and water with new water and the water wetter and just leaving it in. They said it works just like antifreeze in alot of the areas like corrosion and electrolysis ect. Do any of you have any experience with running this all the time.

Scott,

The WW will give better heat transfer and help cool your motor. The track will allow it, in our case. Use destilled water and one small bottle of WW. Should do the trick. As long as your car is not subject to freezing temps, you're ok. You can run this year round.

Good, Bob will try to keep track of numbers as they get ordered so there should'nt be any duplicates. Duane should be sending out an official announcement about the meatballs soon. Glad you got yours ordered.

Thanks, John
