There's always something going on in Chicago, so postponing a visit doesn't buy you much. I do agree about trying to come in on Friday. I have a good view along the practice route from my office window, so I can skip the crowd. If you are going to be in that weekend, take the El and walk, you'll be sitting in traffic otherwise.
