Default Road Trip for me and my Cobra

Road Trip with Cobra

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am going to Hot Spring Ark. to see family and friends. My Cobra has been running great, but you never know.

Defined my trip a little better. Going back roads leaving around 4 PM 9/25 from Rockford to Peoria ILL and spend first night. Then to Columbia Mo to visit family and spend second night (9/26). Then going to Osage Beach then to Branson Mo then to Hot Springs for the weekend (9/26 to 9/29).

Return trip will be faster way using more of the interstates. Leaving 9/30 and hope to be home 10/1.

Wish me well and good weather all the way.

Good for you. Better to live life than watch it pass you by.

Thanks

Weather looks great for the trip to and from. However about 30% chance of rain both Sat. and Sun. Oh well I will make the best of it.

Looking forward to seeing you in Hot Springs and cruising on Saturday in the hills of Arkansas!

Thanks, Larry. I had a great time following you in the back country road of Ark. That Rt 7 is great road to run.

I made it home with no issues with the Cobra. I totaled 1900 miles and do NOT plan to go driving this week at all.

Hot Springs Ark, The Arlington Hotel, Rt 7 and other roads plus Fat Jacks Etouffee --- HIGHLY recommended trip and food.

Lee

Oh yes no deer on the way home.

For those who do not know I asked my nephew to make a short movie of the great roads we were on. 24 seconds later, Larry had to jamb brakes to avoid hitting a deer and I had to do the same to avoid hitting Larry. That was the last time I asked my nephew to make a movie.
